For eligible Oregon residents, the LifeLine Plan is an economical way to enjoy the convenience and utility of digital wireless service.
You won't pay long distance charges as long as you're calling to anywhere in the 50 United States.
If you receive assistance from one of the following programs,
you may be able to save up to $13.50 off your monthly bill.

Lifeline subsidies may only be applied once per household on either your landline or your wireless service.
Lifeline subsidies automatically terminate upon loss of eligibility, and monthly access rates will increase by $13.50. Any reduction in the available Lifeline
subsidy will increase monthly access rates by the same amount.
Roaming and international calling are available subject to approved credit or with a security deposit. Security deposit may be waived if you elect to block roaming and international dialing.
If you elect to block roaming, your phone will not work on the Partner Network. (see map below)
* Included Anytime Minutes and Night/Weekend Minutes are valid for voice calls made
from or received in your Rate Plan Area. All other usage is roaming. Night/Weekend is
7:00 p.m. - 6:59 a.m. M-F, all day Saturday and Sunday. Unlimited Mobile-to-Mobile
Minutes apply only to voice calls between Edge Wireless phones that are placed,
received and completed entirely on your local Edge Wireless Network. With Nationwide
Long Distance feature, long distance charges will not apply when calling to anywhere
in the 50 United States. Standard airtime and roaming charges apply.
At least 50% of your included Anytime Minutes and Night/Weekend Minutes must be on
the Edge Wireless Network in each billing cycle or we may terminate your Service.
You must be certified through the Oregon Telephone Assistance Program (OTAP):
After the transition to digital broadcasting, analog-only TVs
will need a converter to get full power over-the-air broadcasts.
Analog-only TVs shouldn't need a converter for: low power, Class
A or translator TV stations; cable and satellite TV services; or
VCRs, DVDs and video games. Contact www.DTV.gov, www.dtv2009.gov
or 1-888-DTV-2009 for more information on the DTV transition
and subsidized coupons for converters.
