Setting Up Your Voicemail

You will first be prompted to set up:
Name
Password
Greeting

  1. Dial your Edge Wireless phone number. (If you are using a landline phone, press  to interrupt the default greeting).
  2. At the prompt, enter the default temporary password  . You will be required to enter a new 4-to-7 digit password.
  3. Follow the voice prompts to record your name and a new greeting that callers will hear when they leave you a message.

Change Your Password

  1. Dial your Edge Wireless phone number. (If you are using a landline phone press to interrupt the default greeting).
  2. Press  for the Personal Options menu.
  3. Press  for the Preferences menu.
  4. Press  for Change Password Options.
  5. Follow the prompts to change your password.

Change Your Personal Greeting(s)

You may record up to 3 greetings which can be customized to greet your callers during specified times.

  1. Dial your Edge Wireless phone number. (If you are using a landline phone, press  to interrupt the default greeting.)
  2. Press  to access the Main menu.
  3. Press  for the Personal Greetings menu.
  4. Follow the prompts to change your personal greeting(s).

Main Menu

The Main menu may be reached by pressing  at any time during your voicemail session.
Press  to enter the Play menu.
Press  to enter the Record A Message menu.
Press  to enter the Record A Greeting menu.
Press  to enter the Personal Options menu.

Retrieving Your Messages

  1. Dial your 10-digit phone number. If you are calling from a landline phone, press  to interrupt greeting.
  2. Enter your personal password.
  3. To play your messages, press  and follow the prompts.

Voicemail Play Menu

Press  to rewind a message partially.
Press  to pause/resume the current message.
Press  to to fast-forward a message partially.
Press  to access the Playback Options menu.
Press  to erase a message after playback.
Press  at the end of a message to save the message.
Press  for the Help Menu.
Press  to cancel a command or exit the message playback area.
Press  to skip a message.
