Coverage or Service Issues

If you are experiencing system performance issues, such as poor reception, no service, network busy or service interruptions, please contact Customer Care before contacting or returning to the location from which you purchased your device.

NOTE: Not all system performance issues can be resolved.

Please be prepared to provide the following information when calling in for support:
Type of issue
Details of the problem you are experiencing
Details of your recent phone usage

Device and Data Access

If you are experiencing problems with the installation or operation of your aircard, tethered device, smartphone, PDA or data device, please please contact Technical Support at (888) 625-9394 before contacting or returning to the location from which you purchased your device.

Please be prepared to provide the following information when calling in for support:
Type of service
Details of the problem you are experiencing
Urgency of your issue

The Technical Support Team will provide troubleshooting of the device and network access. Assistance will be provided for application issues; however, resolution may be dependent on parties outside of Edge Wireless' control.
