Return Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
You may terminate service for any reason within 30 days of activation without incurring
an early termination fee if you (i) contact us to cancel service and (ii) return all
wireless equipment received from us or our authorized dealer in connection with your
activation to the place of purchase and in compliance with the seller's returns policy. You will be
responsible for all applicable fees, prorated access charges, roaming and long distance
charges, taxes and other charges that accrue through the termination date and equipment
return date. Service deposits will be refunded following the completion of two billing
cycles to allow any roaming charges to be processed.
Returns (Post Pay Devices)
You may return any or all of your wireless equipment for any reason within 30 days of
purchase. If you return and we accept your equipment within this period, we will refund your
equipment purchase price. You must return the original box intact with all components
(phone, charger, battery, hands-free headset, instructions, etc.). All components must be
in re-sellable condition (no cracks, scratches, liquid damage, etc.). To ensure that your
phone is in re-sellable condition, please leave the vinyl screen cover on your phone for
the first 30 days after the date of purchase. All returns must be accompanied by the
original customer receipt and will only be granted to the purchaser whose name appears on
the receipt. If there is a question regarding re-sellable condition, Edge Wireless will have
the final decision as to whether the item can be returned or exchanged. Customers may choose
between an exchange for new equipment, an airtime credit, or a check or credit card refund.
No cash refunds will be made. Check refunds will be issued through Edge Wireless corporate
headquarters. Please allow four to six weeks for a refund on returned equipment. Customer is
responsible for all wireless service fees and charges incurred prior to return.
Returns (Prepaid Devices)
mephones purchased directly from Edge Wireless may be returned for a full refund within
30 days of purchase provided the mephone has not been activated. You must return the original
box intact with all components (phone, charger, battery, hands-free earpiece, instructions,
etc.). All components must be in like new condition (no cracks, scratches, liquid damage,
etc.). All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt. mephones purchased at a
dealer or distributor other than Edge Wireless are subject to the seller's return policy.
Other prepaid devices are not refundable, even if packaging has not been opened.
